Metal Method Guitar Lessons Changed My Life

I can not overstate how much I benefited from Metal Method guitar lessons.

Back in the 80s, when I was in junior high, I found an ad for this course in the back of a Circus Magazine. From what I remember, it was only 80 bucks at the time. I can safely say it was the best 80 bucks I ever spent. The part that impacted me the most was the booklet called Metal Theory. Even after all these years, I still haven't seen a book that explains so well, how to apply music theory to the guitar.

Although Metal Method has progressed over the years to DVDs, it's really cool that Doug still offers this legacy course, and for way less than I originally paid. I recently bought a new copy just to have it in electronic form. I highly recommend it.
