Then Stacy walked up, looking a little upset. "Do you guys ever get total asshole customers?"
"Are you kidding?" said Amy. "All the time."
"Yeah, same here," she said. "You should have seen this one today."
She then told us about a customer who yelled at her for putting ketchup in the bag.
"I had her order mostly bagged up. And then she tells me she doesn't need ketchup. This was after I already put it in the bag and it was all the way at the bottom underneath a bunch of sandwiches and fries. Did she really think I was going to pull out every single sandwich and fries just to take out the ketchup at the bottom? So when I give her the bag, she empties it out and throws everything on the counter. She holds a ketchup packet right in front of my face and yells 'I told you no fucking ketchup!' Then she puts the food back in and storms out."
